Data breach ProctorU doesn’t effect SECO-Institute
SECO-Institute uses the services of ProctorU to monitor the integrity of our students exams. To this end ProctorU needs to process personal data of our students. After some articles about a possible data breach were published ProctorU has on August 6 confirmed that this was indeed the case. However, according to them it concerns data from before March 2015. This means no personal data of students of SECO-Institute has been leaked, because we did not make use of ProctorU at that time. We will keep following this matter, and if there are any developments relevant to SECO-Institute or our students, we will act accordingly.
