S-DWP Certification
Comprehensive and practical introduction to the Dark Web
By passing the S-DWP certification exam and earning a SECO-DWP certificate, you demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the technology behind the dark web and the ability to apply this knowledge in practise, for example by finding hidden sites and services using Tor and I2P.
During the Dark Web Practitioner course, you will take a deep dive into the technology behind different Dark Webs. You will use dark search engines and other techniques to find sites on the Dark Web. To better understand the technology, you will learn to set up your own hidden service. You will learn to investigate sites and blockchains combined with OSINT techniques. The course will end in a Capture The Flag exercise that allow you to combine and apply all the knowledge and research techniques that you’ve learned during the training.

Exam
Language: English
Delivered: Online via a certified proctor
Questions: 10 multiple-choice questions, 5 open questions
Time: 120 minutes
In addition to the theory exam, a practical exam will also be held on the last day of this course in the form of a “Capture the flag challenge”

You can claim your certification badge at our Member site.
Your credentials will be valid for a year. To keep your certification title and digital badge active, you will need to pay a small annual maintenance fee (€75) and report at least 20 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits via our Student Portal. As a SECO-Institute certified member, you will also have opportunities to collect CPE credits by attending webinars and accessing other professional knowledge resources.
